Our Mission

We foster solid relationships with our clients by providing hands-on, personalized service. We strive to build a foundation of trust and integrity so that our clients can rely on us to help them navigate processes, understand documents and protect their legal interests.

Our Why

It’s simple. Whether you’re investing in your home, building your legacy, or planning for your future, we believe that it’s about you. We are in business to make sure that: you understand what you sign, you know what your plan is and you feel comfortable during both the legal process and in the aftermath. We realize that you are integral to your legal transaction, so we keep you included and informed; we are here to advise, explain and support you, but we never make your final decision. That, after all, is all about you.

The Krische, Fedewich & Witt Notaries Team

On July 1, 2025, Krische and Co. Notaries and Fedewich & Witt Notary Corp. joined forces to be better able to serve our growing clientele.

Both firms were thrilled with this initiative as our missions, values and principles strongly mirror each other. Together, we continue to display a strong focus and commitment to excellent service, personal attention, education of clients and on delivering the highest quality of advice and work.

Kelsey Krische previously served Langley and surrounding communities as a notary public for 9 years, operating her own practice in north Langley’s Willoughby community, where she was born and raised; Patricia (Trish) Fedewich and Norman (Norm) Witt, who are a husband and wife notary team, have practiced together in the same location in Cloverdale for over 3 decades, taking over the family business from Trish’s father, El Fedewich, who founded the company in 1978. Between us, our team of notaries have over 55 years of experience!

Legal work can often be daunting for clients, so each of our notaries aims to communicate in plain language and to take proactive approaches by offering straightforward solutions. We get to know our clients and they get to know us. Small things add value to service and that is where we excel. When our clients are satisfied, they refer their family and friends. That is the way that we have developed our business and how we plan to grow in the future.

El Fedewich - Retired Notary Public

El established the Cloverdale Notary Public office in 1978 and he has been a fixture in Cloverdale ever since. El was a director of the Society of Notaries Public for many years and he attended many international notary conferences. He was the Treasurer of the Surrey Dyking District and a volunteer with Ducks Unlimited for many years. He also served as a director of Zion care home.

At age 78, and after 35 years in business, El finally retired,  confidently leaving the business in the capable hands of his daughter and son-in-law. El now enjoys time curling, golfing, travelling, and visiting with his 3 daughters and 8 grandchildren.

" I don't even know where to start...Kelsey is amazing. Always available (within minutes, if needed). Very personable, upbeat. Just a pleasure to deal. I'm just so thankful I found Kelsey to help with our business. I would have awarded 10 stars if that was an option! "
